Update from Maria
Hi this is Maria again with another blog for Charley's health.
Charley really was brave when he got his feeding tube replaced on
Friday (July 6th). It was hard because they tried the left nostril but
it was stuck. So they had to take it out and try the other side. For a
reward of Charley's bravery he got to get a toy at TARGET. He chose a
power rangers toy set and a pokemon trainer’s kit with three packs of
cards.
On Monday (July 2nd) we went to UMASS hospital and a person named Jeff
came and did magic tricks for us. He taught me how to do a trick:
it is where you put two paper clips on a piece of paper and make them
connect. Jeff is one of the counselors at a cancer kids camp called A HOLE
IN THE WALL GANG CAMP, located in Connecticut.
Also we played karaoke. Charley danced while I sang. Some of the
English songs we sang were Jingle Bells, Santa Claus Is Coming To
Town, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and The Twelve Days Of
Christmas. We all enjoyed very much.
